Ania Ruszkowski

Originally from a Polish heritage Ania Ruszkowski is an artist living and working in Staines. Ania’s Human Biology background has influenced her interest in anatomy. 

She is a portrait and figurative artist who works in acrylics and oil. Ania’s work is motivated by everyday people who inspire her. Her aim is to not only to capture the individual’s strength of character but to also use a painting’s narrative to explore a pivotal point in their life. Ania’s commissions offer another opportunity to capture those special moments.

Having only started to paint 3 years ago she completed a certificate in Portraiture at the Art Academy in London, Ania is now studying for a Foundation Degree in Contemporary Portraiture at the same school.
